Cordwell Resources Operating Times

Trucks are not allowed to be loaded outside of these approved hours below, and they must not leave the site until after the designated operating hours. We strongly discourage early arrivals at our sites.

Kin Kin Site
Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Chavallum Site
Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Yandina Site
Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Cordwell Resources enforces a strict “NO TARP, NO LOAD” policy. You must have a functional tarp that completely covers your load

Keeping Our Communities Safe

Cordwell Resources has introduce strategies to all our Quarries to help keep the local areas and the surrounding communities safe. Below list key points in our inductions, as well as measures and systems we’ve put into place.

Reporting Concerns

It's important for us to hear about any issues or concerns related to the quarry so we can address them promptly. We encourage any concerns to be reported as per the following.

Required Information When Making A Complaint

  1. Be prepared to provide your name and a contact phone number.
  2. Indicate the location and time of the event that led to the complaint, and if applicable, include the registration number of the vehicle involved.
  3. Provide enough detail about the event to facilitate further inquiries.

Local Sub Contractors

  1. The complainant will be contacted no later than the next business day after the complaint is received.
  2. Details of the complaint will be recorded in our complaints register.
  3. Each complaint will be investigated promptly.
  4. Complainants will be informed of the investigation's results as soon as possible.
  5. A verbal response will be provided within three business days of contacting the complainant.

The company will keep a comprehensive record of all complaints and actions taken.
